Building brands, platforms, and communities for conscious living.
Nicole Robertson is a founder and brand strategist whose work connects sustainability, storytelling, community, and culture.
Nicole Robertson (née Cardi) has spent 20+ years turning early cultural signals into brands, platforms, and ventures ahead of their time. From her early years leading Fred Segal Beauty and launching Beautyfix by Dermstore, one of the first curated beauty subscription programs, to her tenure as VP of Marketing at NASDAQ-listed bioplastics pioneer Cereplast, to founding Swap Society, one of the most recognized names in circular fashion, Nicole has consistently translated values into ideas people could see, join, and use.
A lifelong environmentalist, Nicole’s work has always followed her values. She cares deeply about how things are made, how people are treated, and how everyday choices—what we buy, what we eat, how we live—can create meaningful change. That conviction led her to Rootiful, where she serves as Co-Founder and CEO, creating a private community and marketplace for people seeking a more conscious way to live.
Coverage has included Bloomberg, The Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, Forbes, Good Morning America, CNN, Scientific American, WWD, Today, SELF, Los Angeles Times, and The Zoe Report.
